We gather together to share our worship and prayer, </div> <div> recognizing that Christ is at the center of our lives, and that as </div> <div> People of God, celebration and worship means sharing and gathering.</div> <div> Spirit and Lifestyle</div> <bR> <div> Being a prayerful person means living in the present moment, living </div> <div> in the presence of God. The Vietnamese Buddhist Thich Nhat Hannh puts </div> <div> it succinctly in his book Peace in Every Step:</div> <bR> <div> "Our appointment with life is in the present moment."</div> <bR> <div> I continually need to still my mind and return to the present while </div> <div> breathing and smiling, as Thich Nhat Hanh teaches:</div> <bR> <div> "Breathing in, I calm my body</div> <div> Breathing out, I smile</div> <div> Dwelling in the present moment</div> <div> I know this is a wonderful moment.</div> <bR> <div> This is what "praying always" means.</div> <bR> <bR> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
